How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales@tulipclothing.com.
Please do not use the website chat for return requests.
Return Eligibility
All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, except items marked as Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
Returns sent without prior authorization may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Once your return is authorized, items must be received back within 14 days.
Return Shipping
We can provide a USPS return label (domestic orders only) upon request for $9, which will be deducted from your refund.
You may also return items using your own shipping method at your expense.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange items ship once the original item is received and processed.
Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Final Sale items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
If the size you need is not available, the item remains final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
