Returns
Return Policy:
All items can be returned within 30 days except final sale items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We can provide a USPS return label (domestic orders only) upon request for $9 which will be deducted from your return, or you can return it yourself at your expense. Just email us (sales@tulipclothing.com) the items you are returning, and if you do not need a label from us, you are all set. If you need a label, indicate it in the email. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you do not see a response.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process a credit back to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Refunds can take up to 10 (ten) business days to process according to Shopify.
Exchanges:
We can exchange FINAL SALE items if we have the exact same style/color in the size you want. Simply email us the request. You would return the size you did not want at your expense, and, upon receipt, we will ship the size you want at our expense. Please email first so we can set the item aside.
Please do not send back items without contacting us via EMAIL (Sales@TulipClothing.com) first. A 10% restocking fee will apply to unauthorized returns.
