All items can be returned within 30 days except final sale items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not use the chat option for returns.
We can provide a USPS return label (domestic orders only) upon request for $9 which will be deducted from your return, or you can return it yourself at your expense. Just email us (email@example.com) the items you are returning, and if you do not need a label from us, you are all set. If you need a label, indicate it in the email. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you do not see a response.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process a credit back to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Refunds can take up to 10 (ten) business days to process according to Shopify. For any BOGO refunds, your refund will be prorated.
Please do not send back items without contacting us via EMAIL (Sales@TulipClothing.com) first. A 10% restocking fee will apply to unauthorized returns.
